Frozen Sholder

My shoulder is so painful.
I was told at work that it was my choice if I went home or stayed at work on the tills with a door wide open blowing a draught straight onto my left side.
I chose to come home..
It was a supervisor who said it was my choice to go home or if I stayed I would have made myself more ill having to stand or sit at the Tills.
