Flower ghosts

A wonderful white icy start to the day – here is a tiny piece of it for Flower Friday (hosted by BikerBear – thank you so much, Anni).
 
I found these flower ghosts down by the cherry orchard lurking half in the shadows, but just catching the new sun.  It was the best bit of the day because although I had a nice (longer) walk later I decided not to carry the camera again, having food shopping to do on the way back.  And my lunch date postponed because of snow (which, as you know if you saw my journal yesterday, is non-existent round here).
 
As with the shot two days ago, this is full colour, not mono :)
