Tiny Dancer

Poppy went back to dancing lessons today to the same classes she started when she was 3 years old. She's had a long break but found the courage to go back with her best friend. I was already to walk her down to the Village Hall but she insisted on going by herself (*sobs*).
She was quiet when she came out. From the few things she said I think she is self conscious about being the 'new girl' and not knowing all the routines like the other girls. Unfortunately she is her mother's daughter and no amount of cajoling by her teacher or friends will make any difference. I just hope she has the confidence to go back next week.
