Rhubarb, rhubarb, rhubarb.

The first of the new season's " forced" rhubarb.
Picked this morning in the long sheds behind the Pudsey farm shop.
Now made into a rhubarb and orange tart, ready for tomorrow when friends are coming for lunch.

We only had a slight covering of snow, when we woke up this morning. With sun all day it has now nearly all gone.
