A quiet day at work.
I thought I should let work know about coming off my meds, so managed to chat to the manager today. Don't quite know how I feel about telling, but hopefully it will be a benefit.

A lot of over thinking by me today and as usual I am thinking the worst.

No mouse action, the peanut butter is still there.

No outdoor opportunities today , so a tulip from another bunch of flowers.
