Sowing Beans

Here are Benidicto and the boys sowing beans. When harvested they  will later be used as the protein part of the Saturday meals at the centre for learning.
This is part of the factory site which we are now using to demonstrate some horticulture as part of the girls course in Agriculture for their exams.
More importantly they should all learn how to feed themselves organically, without the use of artificial fertiliser or harmful, noxious chemicals.

In the furrows we will sow teprosia seeds for nitrogen fixing and hope the rains come soon.
