Standing Room Only

A very cold today in Edinburgh. I wish I'd used my under helmet hat and wore glove liners for my commute. Very cold. At Inverleith Pond, away from the open water where the high school kids are busy throwing things on to the ice to break the surface, the birds have standing room only.
