King's Knot
Another walk today along the Back Walk around Stirling Castle. It was cold and a bit icy after Thursday's snow, but sunny and crisp and dry. This is a view of the King's Knot as we came back down the hill.
As usual we finished up with soup and a cuppa at the Stiring Smith Museum, followed by a look round the museum and gallery. There were loads of people sketching there, I stopped and chatted with one of them and it turns out there's a sketching group based there that meets each Saturday. I might look into that at some point (they said it was all levels, which it would definitely need to be in my case!).
