That feeling of objects usually stationary but taking advantage
of darkness to make their move, was the foreboding impression awakening the senses on Foreshore Road,
Scarborough before dawn today. A tidal surge under a
full moon driven by a strong Northerly wind can wreak
strange and damaging impacts.
