014 — Circular

Today's assignment from the book "Vision 365: Mastering the Everyday Practice of Seeing": photograph a circle.

After a morning of housework, DIY and family time, we took a walk to the local shops to get Elowyn out and pick up a few supplies. Looking out for circles on the way out and back, running short of daylight and opportunities. Looked up and spotted these lights in a pedestrian area at the centre of a nearby village. They were not on yet as the light was still fading. Couldn't hang around with the baby so I took two shots with the phone.

B&W conversion and boost contrast, details gone, silhouettes remain. Vignette for effect but drags some sky details back.
