The Equaliser

A most enjoyable walk along a frosty Forth & Clyde Canal this morning - see extra photo - was followed by my first visit in 2017 to The Falkirk Stadium in the afternoon. (Yes, I know I took plenty of photos of the partly-frozen canal and could have shared one of these, but my first football match of the new year is a milestone of sorts!)

A SPFL Championship match between Falkirk and Ayr United ended as a 1-1 draw despite Falkirk missing a penalty and having a host of other opportunities to score. I managed to capture the moment in added time in the first half where Peter Grant headed the ball into the net for the Bairns' equaliser.

If Blipfoto is about capturing the moment then this is a case of 'job done'.
