Just a load of balls

Busy day today and no opportunities for taking photographs...until I found an old box of ball bearings just now, whilst searching cupboards for something else. I could play with these for hours, watching the patterns they make when emptied into different sized containers...almost like watching the patterns in a blazing fire. Simple distractions!
