In the Basin

A non-work related trip into London today for the SWPP (Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers) convention for me (Chris). A mix of trade show and training seminars. It was an informative day and I avoided spending any money which is probably a good thing. I also managed to bump into Lisalou, always lovely to meet a blipper in person, whose journal you follow.

The location was the Hilton Metropole hotel which backs onto the Paddington basin. It's always a calm spot, amazing given what surrounds it. The blip is the view towards Paddington station. This area has seen a lot of development over the past 10 years, every time I visit, something has been added. One in the extras too.
