Heading out

Down to the beach this morning. Relaxingness in the day. Some good kata training in the afternoon, after which I went for a low-tide walk with son and camera - sadly, one result was him cutting a foot on a rock, but I'm pretty sure he'll live. ;)

Cooked a salmon and pea risotto for dinner, and had a lovely nip of Ardbeg afterwards.

Now more relaxingness. I could get used to this holiday lark. ;)
