Last year's 30mm-wide spikes now have several large holes where studs used to be, through which the anti-puncture tape is visible and through which the tube would have exploded had the anti-puncture tape not been there. I think I bought these sometime in 2015 but had delayed fitting them as some mudguard-rearrangement was required.
