Holyrood

We went to visit Holyrood Palace today since neither of us have been before. It was very interesting but you got one of those audio guide things and I am not sure they have ever listened to it all the way though. For example in Mary Queen of Scots bedchamber, we heard how her husband Lord Darnley had her son murdered, then in the next we heard how she lived in happiness with Darnley. That doesn't seem likely to me! I suppose it may have been happy for a bit before all the murdering and so on but it was a bit confusing.

The abbey tour is only available in summer for some reason. Also the gardens are closed in winter. The tickets are still the same price mind.
