This is a tentative step into the fringes of etherghost territory...I admire her work immensely. I find it bold, energetic, beautiful, and at the same time tender, sensuous and mysterious. A magical combination that keeps me returning to her journal day after day.

Like experimentation, mimicry is uncomfortable, but can also a good way to learn. What I realized tonight is that it can be a stepping stone into the unfamiliar, and therefore helps to move one out of the safeness of taking the same photo over again. I have a long way to go, but I appreciate the inspiration...
