Cromer, After the Storm
We went down to Cromer for an hour and a walk along the East Beach. The whole seafront was lashed and battered by the recent tidal surge - there is a rather scenic aerial view of it on Facebook - and a number of beachhuts had been destroyed. The promenade was littered with shingle and splintered planks, a poignant scene. You can see a little of it washed up in the foreground of this shot of the pier.
