Glenshee from Mount Blair

Out on the hills for the 1st time in 2017. Firstly up the forestry surrounded sub-2000' peak of Crock. They had felled some of the trees enough for us to find a straightforward route to the summit and its views over Glen Isla. 

After some food, we drove through Kirkton and round the northern shoulder of Mount Blair before dumping the car in the snow and heading to the summit. Good views from this prominent hill, with the viewpoint marker indicating over 40 Munros to be seen on a good day. 

The temperature was rising all day and snow thawing rapidly.
