Made beer. That's pretty much it, apart from delivering yesterday's casks to the pub. Only took seven hours, which is pretty quick, although most of that involves waiting: for water to heat up, for water to trickle through grains, for wort to come to the boil, for wort to boil, for wort to cool down. And for most of that waiting you can either drink tea in the kitchen or clean stuff. Today was mostly cleaning. The tanks that had been emptied into yesterday's casks had been soaking overnight being chemically cleaned so today they needed emptied and rinsed and a couple of them were refilled with other beer, creating another couple of yeasty tanks to be cleaned.
