Dedication day

After yesterday's glorious sunset today was grey and warmer but a good day. We were at son's church (he is also a Baptist pastor) for the dedication service for our granddaughter. Mr Rat did the dedication bit and other granddad prayed, the big brothers also wanted to be a part of it and aunts, uncles and cousins were also there. Didn't want to be too intrusive with the photo but it came out not bad (other granddad had a long lens so probably has some nice pics).
Afterwards we had a buffet lunch and the children enjoyed playing together and then home for a snooze before a short run.
Feeling rather drained emotionally after a turbulent start to the year but managing to get things done and the run helped.
