Migrant in Moscow

Fyodor

Dostoevsky in the snow and looking a little more gloomier than he normally does on his pedestal in front of the Russian State Library (or "Lenin Library" as most still seem to call it).  Reading up, I was interested to learn that the statue is quite recent and was unveiled only in 1997 as part of Moscow's 850th anniversary celebrations. Just seemed like it had been there forever.
