Special friends

This group of dear friends came back together yesterday when we visited Loveland.
Most of them live close by but they don't get together all that often. 

We enjoyed J's hospitality and laughed the evening away.

Isn't it strange that we were only here for 2 years in the 1980's but these people are like family to us. In those days only one couple had family nearby and so we were each other's family-spending Thanksgiving together and meeting
every week for fellowship, banter and always a desert to share.
