Hot Sunday

It has been very hot and windy in Christchurch today.  We spent an interesting afternoon following the daughter and son in law around open homes.  They hope to make 2017 the year they buy their first home.  
I was hot and bothered by the end of the day and mustered enough energy to snap this buddleja in the garden.  I liked the background made by the bright sunlight shinning through the fence palings.
