Walking off the Excess

Having the traditional 'day-after' walk to burn off all the over-indulgence of Xmas, although this walk did result in a visit to my sister-in-law and mulled wine with mince pies; and on returning home, we watched 'Dirty Dancing' and got through a bottle of gin. So, business as usual then!
