Hungry. Damp. Dirty.

After our ride today, we looked very much like this.

I had my yellow lenses on for the first time in nearly two years.  It brightened up the foggy ride admirably.  I was only going to do one hill today.  Gentle training.  Somehow, I managed all three.  Slowly.  I have some work to do before I hit the Dales!

We fitted in breakfast at Salami before we went out and a walk with Little Dog when we got back.  By this time, she joined us in the very same look.

Time for a wash and brush up and the next episode of Sherlock.
