Llandudno Pier on a grey day....

Grey and drab day with low cloud obscuring the clouds in Snowdonia. So where did we end up - Llandudno don't you know!

This picture of the pier is a 25sec long exposure, using a Lee Big Stopper to smooth out the waves. The long exposure also has the benefit of removing the large number of people strolling along the pier (typically wearing red Goretex!). The extra shows the original including the significant colour cast from the filters.

After a cold 10-15 minutes getting this and the other shots, it was off to the arcade at the end of the pier to waste £1 worth of 2p coins in the slot machines.
