Cheese straws

My first attempt at cheese straws....they look kind of nice but don't taste right, too much flour and not enough cheese although the crispiness came out right with the egg wash.  It said not to make them too thin but I didn't like then this thickness either.  Its a good thing I didn't feel well enough on Saturday to make them because I wouldn't have served them to my guests.
