She said Yes to the Dress!

Our day started with brunch at the Georgian Room, a beautiful restaurant in the Fairmont Olympic hotel in Seattle.  It was a place Manda loved when she was quite little and we thought it would be fun go again on the day we looked for her wedding dress.  I wore my mother's pearl necklace so I could feel more of her presence with us for this occasion. We started the day at BHLDN (Beholden!) and the very first dress knocked us all off our feet!  We thought it was the one, but then the last one she tried on was clearly Manda's favorite and we loved it too.  
But we then went on to a lengthy appointment at Nordstrom's where nothing really spoke to us, and ran back to BHLDN to buy the dress we all loved.  A perfect day for us all.  The extra is Manda in a dress that is nothing like what she picked but it was great fun to try on and see her in - quite spectacular, surely out of our price range too!
