New growth!

I am encouraged by noticing these tips of new, green growth!
This useful, low growing plant is a succulent, producing yellow flowers for most of the spring and summer. However, I don't know it's name as I bought it on a stall somewhere.

The days are "drawing out" as the saying goes!
