Optical Illusion - working phone

It might not be much of an optical illusion for MonoMonday but the insurance company returned it to me saying it was now a working phone. Not only is it not working, it is in a worse condition than when I sent it to them.

So definitely an illusion to one of us. So fed up with this saga now. I've not had a proper working phone since 3rd December and am now seriously considering not updating my iPhone at all and switching phone and network altogether. Oh and insurance company!
