Blue Moon Cafe, Sheffield

It was good to meet up with Jan and Jude at the Blue Moon this afternoon.  It's a while since we last got together (at least it feels that way).  Here they are looking at some of the paintings of John Brokenshire who works from a studio at his house quite close to where we used to work at Hangingwater Studio.

Over the years I seem to have accumulated three computer keyboards (not all mine) and today I was able to hand them over to a young man who requested three keyboards on Freecycle.  He met me outside the Blue Moon and has since texted to say they were just what he needed.  It's good they have gone to someone who can make use of them rather than just into household waste.

p.s. The Blue Moon is famous in Sheffield for its vegetarian food and its a well known meeting place for many people.  It's central location, next to the Cathedral makes it a good place to meet up.  The art can be an extra bonus.
