Add Apricots!

I came home from work tonight to find my Granny's recipe book sitting in the recipe stand. It was a lovely surprise. My Granny wrote out all of her favourite recipes and when she died all of her grandchildren were given a bound copy.  It's very special having a book written in her handwriting.

We are having Granny's Lamb and Apricot. It was always delicious and I like the fact that she clearly forgot to include the key point of adding the apricots, so it is written in bold on the right hand page.
