Stopped off in Cockenzie for a quick blip and blast of fresh air after a morning spent discussing whisky and then popping round to see Gordy and Helen for a few hours.

Bit more work later while some tomatoes, onions and garlic roasted away happily.

Post dinner Eve and I tried to follow an online yoga lesson together. I may have been a distraction for her. Let's see if I can still walk in the morning.
