I went to see the 35 mm version of Trainspotting at The Filmhouse. If you had told me when I first saw it in 1996 that I would move to Edinburgh three years later and work in Leith I wouldn't have believed you. If you told me I would still be in Edinburgh, working in Leith 20 years after the film's premiere...

I tried to get a shot of someone running down Princes Street but...it is 20 years later and as Diane said, "you're not getting any younger Mark. The world's changing. Music's changing. Even drugs are changing."
