Pot roast tonight

Barb decided to try a pot roast. It was real good (if not great)...but a rookie at cooking clean. What a greasy mess. She agreed to clean up. All I had to do is put away the food. Not complaining but I'd use the pressure cooker in a one pot meal. If she's willing to learn, I'll be glad to teach.
