Is a barge dog..lives on the barge Phocidae with his owner.
(pronounced fosiday~and the owner said it is latin for Seal)

had a little chat with the barge man and admired Barney, the well behaved dog.

had to take Delilah back to the house today as she followed us on our walk to the canal..
she is such a dangercat!
