Young1 and I sheltered from the rain this morning but emerged at lunchtime to head for the Preston Guild Canal Festival taking place all weekend in Haslam Park.

Lots going on, good food to be had and some characters about. Some more pictures here if you have got time

We followed up with a visit to Avenham Park where they were setting up the big top Marquee for the Guild celebrations next weekend. Some more pictures here
