julefrokost in jutland

December 25th is a day that family members and friends meet eachother for Christmas Lunch -julefrokost, as it is called in danish.
Open sandwiches with herring, salmon, many kinds of meat, eggs and plenty of beer and snaps.

I have to mention that some of the beer bottles were brought from various places of Denmark, especially for me; the greek who likes open sandwiches with beer and snaps.
