View from Nave to Chancel

I haven't been in Glasgow Cathedral since I retired. Nothing has changed .... the building is still very interesting and very cold.  As a pupil I sat through many special school services in that wonderful building.  Many peppermints were sucked, we took bets on the length of the speaker's address and we sat very close together to try and keep warm.

The Society of Friends of Glasgow Cathedral decided that to  mark the Millennium a new stained glass window should be installed in the nave.
Three of Glasgow's oldest schools joined with the Friends in commissioning the project. The window was unveiled by The Princess Royal in 1999.
