Billy goats

Today we went to a farm that has lots of children's activities with Daisy and her two sons who happen to be the same age as mine - brilliant - and they come with a love of the outdoors, all things farming and animal related, even better.  Jack has just got a little Shetland and we'll be off to ride him (or at least Alex will) some point soon. 

Anyway, we had a fabulous morning - playing on toy tractors, feeding animals - these goats were being fed by us - playing with rabbits, then a tractor ride around the farm to see highland cattle, sheep and pigs.  The best bit - the chocolate cake and cup of tea at the end.

With all that fun, we were late picking the husband up after his interview, which seems to have gone well, but you never can tell....  We all have many fingers and toes crossed.
