Job done (yay me)

..... not only did I put my trainers on when I got back from work and then go OUT for a proper power walk, I even did yoga stretches when I got back.

I also learnt that the phrase "yay me" came from the "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" - a show I often watched with DD .... so there's some useful/useless info to share :-)
