Converging
018 — Theatre Looking Up
Today's assignment from the book "Vision 365: Mastering the Everyday Practice of Seeing": photograph converging lines.
Darkness arrive all too soon once again. I had a fallback for today's theme of taking a picture of strings travelling up the neck of the guitar at a low angle. I had a quick walk after work and saw some possible subjects, all of which were too poorly lit by now for a handheld shot.
I considered one of the underpasses or lower level train station and stairs nearby but with one of the last regular buses home arriving soon I took this shot of a nearby theatre, looking upwards so the vertical lines of the facades columns start to converge.
The front was nicely (read heavily) lit which drew my attention.
