Decision time: do I take part in Open Studios this year or take a year out?
 
The deadline is Friday   but I know it gets extended. So, time to give it a bit more thought.
 
Most of my work these days – like Warrior- is done on my iPad.
 
And that’s the problem- folk do not see it as “proper painting”.
 
Met up with a friend for coffee in Stirling and she told me she was at her solicitors today making her will. No she was not being morbid.
 
In a couple of weeks she is off with her husband to New Zealand. Now, there is nothing like a trip half way around the world to focus your mind on your own mortality.
 

It’s on my “to do” list for 2017.  …
