Inspired

Tonight our camera club hosted Paul Sanders for the monthly meeting of all the photography groups in the city. It was a really inspirational evening with Paul sharing his photographic journey and his continuing battle with mental health following his burn out as Picture Editor at the Times newspaper.

The key message was to make time for yourself and to have fun with your photography. Both of which resonated with me at the moment. On my way home I decided that tonight's blip needed a bit more creative effort, so here you have another gerbera but this time lit with iPhone and shot on HTC.

I promise to take some "proper" photos soon and can't recommed Paul highly enough as a speaker should you ever be looking for one.
