Sugarloaf Mountain, MD

Decided to spend our first empty nester day on Sugarloaf Mountain.

Stopped at the East Overlook first and were soon surrounded by several large indian families followed by a procession of vintage cars out for an afternoon drive. Grrr.

So we headed to the West Overlook which was pretty empty. It started to rumble with thunder as we started to go up, but we figured we had enough time to get to the top and back down before the rain hit.

This is the view from the top before the mob of indians caught up with us.

Got to the car just before it started raining. I bet every one else got soaked. Smirk.
