Forrest Finds

I found this beauty in the woods today - apparently it's a Blackening (or already blackened) Brittlegill mushroom (Russula Nigricans).

In other news Giuseppe, our favourite private chef came over to cook dinner for us and some friends - a risotto with sous-vide egg and truffle oil. Am definitely considering getting one - I do love a kitchen gadget :)
