Abstract Thursday: Urban Impressionism

Ingeborg has given us a fascinating challenge today for Abstract Thursday - she suggests that we use the theme "Impressionism"..

As it was dull all day and I wanted some nice light in the photo, I waited until dusk and went to Killingworth Lake to try to get some colour and reflections, along with some impression of movement. A fair bit of processing was required to produce something that I felt was vaguely impressionistic. I hope it's abstract enough for today!

(PS I've now added some brush detail to the picture to try to make it more accurately impressionistic.)
