Has the world gone mad?? Does no one have a calendar on their smartphone / tablet??

Is this really a sensible use of ratepayers council taxpayers money..

This ‘wonderful app’ is going to change the world… perhaps not.

A sort of emergency blip as the photo I grabbed at lunchtime (with my phone) was rather out of focus - I have included it in extras if only because of the laughable grammar…and Random use Of CapiTalisation… you can just about read it! Wonder if the fruit tea was slices of pineapple and mango instead of cakes and sandwiches….
