Hard to get

I've been searching the supermarkets since Saturday trying to get hold of some aubergines, courgettes and spinach. On Monday the newspapers were full of stories about the shortage of Mediterranean vegetables.

It's Thursday, and after six visits to Sainsbury's, Tesco, Morrison's and Lidl I've now managed to get hold of all the necessary ingredients for this week's recipes.
